HOW TO SELL YOUR VEHICLE
AT MOTLEY'S RICHMOND AUTO AUCTION (RAA)
1. Register your vehicle by phone, fax or in person.
2. We recommend you arrive with your vehicle and title by noon on Wednesday for maximum internet exposure & receive a free car wash. Vehicle and title to arrive no later than 8 a.m. auction day.
3. You have the right to accept or reject the high bid, if lower than your minimum bid price.
4. Be on the auction block to represent your vehicle. If you cannot attend the auction, we will try to reach you by phone while your vehicle is being auctioned. NOTE: If you cannot be reached while your vehicle is being auctioned, we will only sell vehicle pending your acceptance if bid is within $500 of your minimum bid price.
5. Your guaranteed auction check will be available 2 days from auction date.
AUCTION TIPS
1. REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE EARLY – REGISTRATION IS ON A 1st COME 1st SERVED BASIS.
2. BE HERE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE TO REPRESENT YOUR VEHICLE
3. BE HONEST – If you know of a major defect – ANNOUNCE IT or it may be subject to cancellation
4. CLEAN VEHICLES SELL BETTER – RAA Offers Onsite Complete Reconditioning Services:
Wash & Vacuum $25, (Wash & Vacuum vehicles need to arrive no later than noon on Thursday)
Full Detail $85, (Full Detail vehicles need to arrive by noon on Wednesday)
5. TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE – We pickup and deliver auction vehicles
